Anne and Dave wanted something quirky, yet elegant. If you’re looking for a lovely, industrial and quirky wedding, look no further than Summerhall in Edinburgh. I have shoot there for the first time and I absolutely love it! There is so many rooms to be used if the weather isn’t good and the space is spectacular for a big wedding. Anne and Dave were getting ready at the 15 Apartment Rutland Hotel and then they head for the ceremony and reception to the Summerhall. When I arrive in the morning I found out that Anne did not sleep all night from excitement and nerves. I was a bit worry for her if she can survive the whole day on the feet but I needed not to worry! Once she saw Dave at the end of the aisle her inner power of love and strength bust the highest level and continued to be for the rest of the day! I loved the fact that Dave was singing happily along to “My Girl” – The Temptations song when Anne was walking down the aisle with her dad. I think lyrics perfectly fitted the day and their relationship –
” I’ve got sunshine on a cloudy day.
When it’s cold outside I’ve got the month of May.
I guess you’d say
What can make me feel this way?
My girl (my girl, my girl)
Talkin’ ’bout my girl “
Here are a few photos from their day!
